Our Commitment
South Village Hospitality wants everyone to be able to enjoy our restaurants, both in person and online. We welcome guests of all abilities and are committed to making our website accessible to people with disabilities. We are working to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, and we monitor our website regularly as part of that work.
Accessibility Efforts
Accessibility is ongoing work. Some pages may not yet fully meet these standards, and we are improving screen reader compatibility, keyboard navigation and text contrast. So far we have:
- Added text descriptions to images and checked color contrast across our pages
- Published our menus as web pages rather than PDFs or images
- Tested pages with keyboard-only navigation and a screen reader
- Begun moving our website to a new platform built with accessibility in mind
Third-Party Services
Some features on our website, such as reservations, gift cards and online ordering, are provided by outside companies. We don't control these services, but we choose partners carefully and raise accessibility issues with them when we find them. If you have trouble using any of them, contact us and we'll help you directly.
Known Limitations
We sometimes use popups to share current events and promotions. You should be able to close them with the Esc key, the "X" button, or by clicking outside the popup. If a popup gets in your way or won't close, please let us know.
Feedback and Assistance
If you have trouble using any part of our website, or need information in a different format, please let us know. It helps to include the page's web address (URL) and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within 2 business days. You can also call the restaurant directly to make a reservation, hear the menu, or get help with anything on our website.
